Terms of Purchase – GoPrv

These Terms of Purchase govern all orders placed through the GoPrv website (the “Site”) for GoPrv action cameras, accessories, and related products (collectively, “Products”). By placing an order with GoPrv, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies referenced herein.

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on our Site, you submit a binding offer to purchase the Products specified in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Orders are typically confirmed via email within 24 hours of placement. If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or invalid shipping information), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All Product prices listed on the Site are in USD (United States Dollars) and exclude applicable taxes and duties, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are not applicable as we offer global free shipping on all orders. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you—you may then choose to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, which adhere to industry-standard security protocols (see our Privacy Policy for details on how payment information is protected). By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the funds or credit are available.
  • Payment Authorization: When you place an order, we may pre-authorize your payment method to verify funds. This authorization is not a charge but may temporarily reduce your available balance. A charge will only be processed once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing and Shipping Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of placement. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days to any destination worldwide. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather conditions). We will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
  • Title and Risk of Loss: Title to and ownership of Products transfer to you upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you once the package is in the carrier’s possession. 4. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged Products within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (no restocking fees apply). Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without authorization may be rejected. Please note that while we cover outbound shipping, return shipping costs (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged Product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion, depending on the issue. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be requested to assist with your claim. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Limitation of Liability

GoPrv’s liability for any claims related to your order (including, but not limited to, defective Products, delayed shipping, or order errors) is limited to the purchase price of the affected Products. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, loss of data, or lost profits) unless required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or industry standards. Revised terms will be posted on the Site with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
